Questions about paying
Is this a monthly plan?
No. You pay PayPal once for a pack and that is it. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. You only pay again if you decide to buy another pack.
Do I lose credits if a cap video fails?
No. Standard costs 10 credits; HD costs 20. If the render fails or the AI model refuses the photo, the credits and the HD upgrade return to your balance by themselves. A slow render is not dropped: we keep checking until it finishes.
How does HD 720p work?
Standard costs 10 credits and HD costs 20 from one balance. The $9.99 pack gives you one HD video or two Standard videos. Existing HD upgrades still cover the 10-credit HD difference.
Which pack is right for me?
Standard is $6.99. One HD is $9.99, two HD are $16.99, and three HD are $24.99. Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days.
The fine print lives in our refund policy and terms of service. Make your cap video now.
