This page covers our oh you can make it cap AI generator. Most problems fall into four places: the upload, the render, finding the finished video, and how it looks. Go to the step that went wrong.
1. The photo won’t upload
The generator checks the file before anything else happens.
- “Please use a JPG, PNG or WebP photo.” iPhones save photos as HEIC by default. Change the camera format to “Most Compatible”, export the photo as JPG, or take a screenshot of it and upload that.
- “Photo is larger than 10 MB.” Shrink it or screenshot it. The generator scales photos down before sending them anyway, so you lose nothing.
- “That file isn’t a photo we can read.” The file name says image but the file itself is broken or something else. Save it again from your gallery.
Can’t press Generate? Add your photo first, then tick the box confirming you have the right to use the photo. The button waits for both.
2. “This photo can’t be used”
Every photo goes through a content check before the render starts. If it is blocked, nothing is charged: your credit stays unused, or, if you paid without an account, your payment stays valid and you can upload a different photo right there.
What passes: a clear photo of one fully clothed adult. What doesn’t: nudity, minors, violent or hateful images. The finished video gets the same check before delivery. If it fails there, you don’t get the video and the credits come back.
3. The video is taking forever
A normal render takes about 5 minutes. You don’t have to watch it: close the tab and come back later.
- Longer than 5 minutes: the video service sometimes has a queue. We keep checking the render in the background until it finishes or fails. No need to pay again or start over.
- Still nothing after 24 hours: we look into it by hand. Email support@ohyoucanmakeitcap.com if you want to hear back sooner.
4. “That render didn’t make it”
Sometimes the video service can’t finish a video. When that happens, the credits go straight back to your balance automatically. You don’t have to ask. If you paid without an account, they go to the account under your PayPal email, and the result panel offers a retry.
If the same photo fails twice, change the photo, not the settings. A sharper, front-facing shot is the fix most of the time.
5. I can’t find my video
You were signed in
Every video is listed under My videos. A finished video also shows up in the generator next time you open the site.
You paid without an account
- Open the site in the same browser within 7 days. The video is waiting in the generator.
- Switched phone or browser? Sign in with your PayPal email (Google, or the link we email you when the video is ready) and open My videos. Each guest video is saved to an account under that email.
6. The video doesn’t look right
The face doesn’t look like the person
One person per photo, facing the camera, good light, sharp focus. No sunglasses, masks or beauty filters. Head and shoulders works better than a full-body shot from far away.
The moves don’t match the original exactly
The AI makes a new 10-second video of you doing the reaction: the arm up and flop, the chin rub and the laugh. It is not a frame-by-frame copy of the original, so timing can differ a little. Line it up with the sound by trimming the start in the TikTok editor.
No sound
That’s on purpose. The audio belongs to someone else, so the video is silent. Add the “oh you can make it cap” sound inside TikTok, Reels or Shorts when you post.
7. Refunds and contact
Credits you haven’t used can be refunded within 7 days of buying them. Email support@ohyoucanmakeitcap.com from the address you bought with, plus your order ID. We answer within 2 business days. The full rules are in the refund policy.
Oh you can make it cap AI troubleshooting FAQ
Why won’t my photo upload?
The generator takes JPG, PNG or WebP photos up to 10 MB. HEIC files straight from an iPhone, screenshots saved in other formats and files over 10 MB are rejected. Export the photo as JPG or take a screenshot of it, then upload again.
How long does an oh you can make it cap AI video take?
Usually about 5 minutes. You can close the page while it renders. If one runs long, we keep checking until it finishes, and anything still unresolved after 24 hours gets looked at by hand.
I closed the page. Where is my video?
Signed in: open My videos. Bought without an account: open the site again in the same browser within 7 days, or sign in with your PayPal email and open My videos. Every video is saved to that account.
Do I lose my credits if the video fails?
No. A failed render gives its credits back automatically. If a photo fails our content check before rendering, the credits are never used in the first place.
Why does the video not look like me?
Usually the photo. Use one person, facing the camera, face clearly visible, good light, no sunglasses or heavy filters. Far-away and group shots lose the face.
Why is my video silent?
On purpose. The sound belongs to someone else, so the video has no audio. Add the “oh you can make it cap” sound in TikTok, Reels or Shorts when you post and it plays over your clip.
